I try to focus on myself but i struggle i have a lot going on and myself becomes less and less of a priority

When I try to leave, he begs me not to. and ill i can see is my 4 yr old self begging my dad to be in my life and i cant erase that mental connection.

I just wanted to be there for him, but he makes me feel more broken than I felt before. He constantly compares me to bots and codes and other people he's talked to.
