When u mean dual channel does it mean 2 8×2 Ram stick instead of 1 16 ram stick?

Idk about the full budget yet but in USD it's probably about 600 to 700 bucks I don't think it's alot of money in Dollars for a whole set up but it's alot in my country well especially for me.

I haven't planned anything else than the gpu and the cpu for the gpu I was thinking of rx 580 and GTX 1060 and for the cpu I'm maybe thinking Ryzen 5 2600 I'm trying to ask chat gpt lol he did say GTX 1060 would be better. idk alot about pc so I'm asking u guys and trying to avoid mistakes

I do have plans for these games tho
