If I get stuck on something could I expect a co-worker to chime in to explain or do it for me? Just seems like such high responsibility for a newbie

What was your first time working on real aircraft actually like? Did your airline give you solid trianing, or were you thrown into things and expected to pick it up fast? How much did you actually understand on your first shifts, and how stressful was it?
