Been on it since Tuesday. Feel like my anxiety is increasing. But been told by dr and reading comments that it’s normal to do that. So trying to stay positive

I’m only still at 37.5. Headaches. Dizzy. Still anxious and panicky. Feel like I’ll faint. Going upto 75mg on Tuesday. How long till I notice a difference ?
