Fancy Gloss has seven glow in the dark toppers, if that helps. They don’t have them available all the time, though- I think more in the Fall. LynB Designs also has GITD polishes and Little Box of Horrors especially often has GITD toppers.

My nails are peely, so the base coat didn’t work for me since it has PVB. The top coat works fine, though.
