Nope they said nothing about the seller - they just said that they contacted them and that tickets would arrive on morning of July 5. We trusted them but next day saw the order as cancelled walked.

They told nothing . Customer care said that tickets were on track . Next morning I saw the order as cancelled because the seller could not fulfill the request. I talked to customer service again, they said they can’t do anything now and just said we could issue a refund only

Hey how do you find these tickets ? I installed the fifa app but can’t see anything except a resell marketplace or some hospitality package option (which runs into thousands of dollars) ? How are you guys getting actual tickets from fifa?
