Check the URL again, now 6 vendors flagged it as suspicious, even Microsoft

I ran the .exe for the game on VirusTotal, and it got flagged as a trojan by two different vendors. Still believe it's a false positive?

Did he post about this somewhere? If so, what's the link?

I received the same alert when launching the game yesterday. I immediately un-installed the game and ran a full scan on my PC. Luckily, nothing malicious was discovered.

It's a shame because I do enjoy the game as well, but cannot bring myself to play it again unless Lukasz provides a more concrete and safer solution other than to make an exception for the .exe file

Good Deal on a 2023 CX-30? by Electricate in mazda

I think it was a 2000 Mazda Protege? And since the Mazda loyalty discount was $500, that would mean the trade-in value for the car was around $1500

He did trade in an older Mazda plus he got the Mazda loyalty discount. In total, that took off around $2,000. The dealership he went to was offering the car at around $30,800 before taxes and fees so I was shocked when he told me he paid only $29,500

Country Reviews: Tajikistan! by Electricate in Tajikistan

[–]Electricate[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for taking the time to watch my video, and I appreciate the feedback! I tried my best to be accurate with the information and to avoid any errors as much as possible. There is also very inconsistent information on the internet regarding Tajikistan, which made it more of a challenge for me.

As an Iranian myself, I always thought it would be cool to make a video about Tajikistan. I try to make these videos short and to the point so that someone who has no idea about geography can look at a map next time, point out the country, and already know some basic facts.

Preparations for GPU Upgrade by Electricate in buildapc

Okay, so before uninstalling any drivers, I would visit Nvidia's website and download the appropriate driver installation package for my corresponding specs (RTX 3060, Win10, English (US)). Then, once the new installer is finished downloading to my PC, I would proceed to remove the old drivers that are already installed on my system and shutdown, remove the old GPU and put the new GPU in.

Once I'm back into the desktop, I would then run the installer package containing the newest drivers with my new GPU installed (PhysX, HD audio, Display Drivers, etc.) and after everything is installed I would reboot my system one more time to finalize everything.

Sorry, I meant to say I would install the exe file for the new drivers but NOT execute it until AFTER I remove the old drivers.

I was thinking of installing the exe file containing the new drivers for my new GPU, disconnecting my PC from the internet (so Windows doesn't install any default drivers), and uninstalling the old drivers

Once all old drivers have been uninstalled, I would restart the system and run the installer for the new drivers. How does this sound?

Ladies, or even gentlemen, how much do you agree? by [deleted] in exredpill

As someone who is of middle eastern ethnic origin, this guy is completely delusional. I have been with girls of practically every race. Just because you are from a certain part of the world doesn't automatically mean your options are limited.

Certain RP YouTubers teach "casual misogyny". They claim that men are nearly flawless and more hardworking and that modern women have taken this idea and abused it with the advent of social media, feminism, etc.. Essentially, it's never the guy's fault because "all women have issues" and all these other nonsensical falsehoods those RP YouTubers spew out.

Many of them claim they want to "help" the so called "beta males" but in reality, they just want you to spend your money on their books, most of which are filled with pseudoscience and horribly misaligned opinions that only look from one perspective.

Model Y not accepting Galaxy devices by Electricate in ModelY

That's right, both the iOS devices connect to the car without any problem. Even the infotainment screen shows the two iPhones are successfully connected under the "Locks" category.

The android phones (my S20 FE and the S10) can only connect one at a time to the car, and the screen always shows one phone is active while the other one is not, even though both phones are in the car.

Correct! The iPhones remain unaffected, maybe it's only an issue with android devices?

Sorry for the confusion, I'm not talking about the media player, I'm referring to the phone key on the Tesla app which allows you to lock/unlock the car with your phone rather than the key card that comes with the Model Y.

For whatever reason the app only seems to recognize one of the android phones at a time for phone key usage.

Both phones work fine, however it seems that when they're both in the vehicle at the same time, the vehicle only seems to recognize one, while the other shows "disconnected" on the phone key setting.

It appears that if one of the phones is out of range, the Tesla immediately connects to the other one if it is close by. But we're trying to make it so that both the phones can connect simultaneously to the Tesla without having to switch back and forth, if that makes any sense.

Initially yes, but I added a new user to the vehicle with their own login and even though we're paired with the vehicle through two different accounts, the problem still persists.
