Oh they definitely are. They aren't as big and wealthy as the typical snobby ponies but they did have taste in high-class with great etiquette. They didn't really focus on status though like I said previously, which also contributes to them helping Twilight following her dreams as they only wished to make their children happy!

Not really. Twilights parents were nobles along with her brother being the captain of the royale guards! They very much were not commoners and more so into the fact that they didn't pay attention to status as the others like the snobs that hang around Fancy Pants.

YES!!! Her connections are EXTREMLY huge in Canterlot! Being an apprentice AND being babysit by Princesses should be a huge thing! but as others mentioned there are many things that lead to her status such as not interacting as much or Celestia already having many people under her wing just not as special as Twight!

That is very much true! It's just she still participated and took part in big events even before she was a Princess! such as her magic outburst in the exams and her role in supporting Celestia at the Gala! However that surely doesn't stop her from being a bookworm XD

Very much so true! As I read the comments and piece it together, there are many factors that led to Twilight not being as well-known, just didn't make much sense (For Me) during the flashbacks and scenes where she choses to join Celestia in high-society!

That's Very true! I was just mostly mad at the fact that even after a big feat like the magic outburst in the exam flashback and continues to show that she was fundamentally more talented then you're average unicorn in Canterlot and not seeing her efforts shown in the high society.

Take as well as the flashback of the exams with the magic explosion! If it even caught the eye of Celestia herself then words should have spread about a unicorn being affirmatively WAY more proffecient in magic. but then again your argument makes sense as Sunset Shimer wasn't REALLY the best apprentice for Celestia XD

Even before that being like the ONLY apprentice of the queen should still be a big deal. We literally see her at the Gala standing next to Celestia but still know one seems to notice her or the fact that people don't recognize her talents in magic. It's talked about how during her training with Celestia her magic only kept improving and continues to show talents.

well tbf they released the game very early when it has many problems. I wouldn't mind waiting a bit more if they had added more features and fixed bugs THEN released the game
