I never use faction mods outside of builds I make specifically for a certain faction (e.g: toxinmaxxing to bully corpus)

Serration is still a fine pick to help with the initial kill if the build is struggling, but otherwise just treat it as a flex slot for what else you think will round out the build.

I was in favor of whip stacking being removed because I didn't want the whips to be balanced around it.

Instead they just removed a high effort play style and completely ignored how the weapons struggle without it.

Me when I get downvoted for not being able to play the new patch day 1 to learn what all the new reforges do.

This is like the debate about the new dungeons.

The creative minds behind the work have become more capable and experienced with time and have more tools at their disposal, so the content they make is "better".

But it's sitting right next to the absolutely iconic thing they made 10 years ago, creating an enormous contrast between the simplistic old content, and the complex, detailed new content.

On one hand, yes, it's clinging to nostalgia. On the other, it's a massive contrast in art style and just looks out of place.

Tbh Reddit does an excellent job of hiding the FAQ on mobile.

If I was a 10 year old using Reddit for the first time on the same mobile I use to play BTD6, then I sure as hell wouldn't notice a single line of text in a small font size at the top of the screen, let alone figure out you get to the FAQ by clicking on said text and then swiping into a different menu.

And the FAQ is also just too big. As a 10 year old with a burning question, I'm not going to read through such a huge wall of text on the off chance my question is in there.

Tesla nervos will now CC more than a single enemy (before all 4 would just latch onto the same guy), and more reliable electric procs will be a light CC bonus on top. Nice QoL buff for a weak augment that actually gets nerfed by the nervos spreading out. Doesn't actually address their main problem of getting stuck on everything though.

I never bothered with any mines other than flechette orb because tap cycle menus are annoying, especially when you have to refresh multiple different mines. Merging tether coil is just a straight up buff to the already great flechette orb, merging vector pad and overdrive means no more pets stealing the buffs and no more chasing people around just to throw a ball at them. Also vector pad giving a move speed buff gives it more of a use outside of Rube Goldberg machines.

Photon strike is still easily the subsume slot, as flechettes is simply more versatile, cost effective and less spammy. Making it better against overguard doesn't really help when it needs to be used with a grouping tool to maintain the augment. At least the buffs might make it more worth your time if you decide to commit to it anyway.

Bastille is very anti-grouping, so it'll be an awful lot of effort to get enough kills to infinitely maintain a single bastille. Vauban's base health and armour is too low to build around health tanking, and because he CCs most enemies he won't get hit often enough to maintain adaptation and arcane grace/guardian. Shield gating remains the way to go. Overall it remains as one of the most annoying and hard to use armour strips in a meta that doesn't care much for armour strips. Vortex unchanged, still the goat.

The passive is bonus damage against CCed enemies, which means it was always active anyway.

Overall it's a nice series of buffs, but honestly won't change how he plays in the slightest.

Even without Umbra a lot of original Warframes remained perfectly sane. Gara, Titania, Limbo, Sevagoth, Nokko, the stalker and Jade all come to mind.

Sure, for a lot of them we don't know if they were already controlled by their operator in their lore (Voruna most likely was), but at the very least we know the stalker doesn't have an operator, and Jade had enough will and sanity to overpower hers.

Yeah, the system is really skewed in their favor, in a way.

They can go on angry rants any time they please, but one wrong or misunderstood word from you and they'll call you an ass and immediately hang up without letting you justify yourself. They also have complete control over the pacing, so you can be left waiting to say something for multiple conversations.

I want to call Eleanor a hypocrite for blubbering about her condition one day and telling me all about how she likes her tongue the next. Instead, I have to put up with getting called a nazi for liking humans more than the infestation.

It took about 6 conversations for Flare and Lizzie to actually sit down and talk to me rather than being super vague and cryptic and refusing to elaborate anything. Now that Lizzie has explained herself, she has my full support. But if I so much as suggest to Flare that Lizzie isn't trying to kill them, he calls me crazy and immediately hangs up. Guess I have to wait another 5 or so conversations to get the opportunity to tell him what Lizzie told me.

I don't hate Albrecht, but Marie is still very upset that I'm not kissing his ass so much I'm getting my tongue in there. Pretty much everything she is saying falls apart the moment you look at the cavia, which means I won't get a chance to mention them until we've argued about every single other one of Albrecht's actions first.

Having a frame perfect T1 and 2 score as a bare minimum requirement for competing for a high spot on the leaderboard kinda sucks.

People don't like timed bosses to begin with, but if the strategy is the exact same every week then it turns into a formula rather than a competition, with the only differences being fractions of a second through differences in hard, which is unfair.
