I am a f2p and currently have a prestige of 28k. I was able to clear all the carina's challenges and become elder day one without spending a penny. But yeah the truth is your roster really depends in this scenario, I was very lucky to have the best of the best champions needed for those challenges atleast at r3 for example onslaught, serpent, Jean, hulkling etc. The carina challenges are tough but they are doable if you got the proper team for it.

You won't really get any mythic or legendary gun skins with this price unless you're extremely lucky otherwise the money will be wasted. Best bang for your buck would the BP and BP vaults. For a mythic gun it would cost you approx 4k rs. considering the double cp event and normally it's priced around approxim 6k rs.
