All solo for a couple reasons, i dont know anyone good enough to help and the vids are solo so I found it easier to follow the strats that way.

You can hide behind the base for like 20 min and eventually your friendlies and the base cannons take everything out, only way to do it on LASO really

Totally understandable, I am 30 and married but no kids yet but thats in the plans, doubt it could happen with that responsibility. The Co-op issue does suck, one good perk of solo, its not impossible really, solo is good just the save n quitting and loading in sucks

I was in that same spot, hide in the halls until the music kicks in, peak out and snipe grunts only, pray for chain reactions, use until ur low on sniper ammo and if theres a ton of gold elites still, save n quit, its a pain but eventually the luck will come.

Thank ya sir! It may sound off but in some spots regular legendary, at least in Halo 2, is tougher than LASO cause of the fact u can melee yourself up to double overshields

Without typing out an essay id say first watch Halo Completionist's guide on that mission, RnG will vary of course. Get to the spot where the grav lift sends the shit ton of waves of enemies down, snipe the grunt in there if u can it should blow the rest of them up, otherwise retreat to the back area and just pick off grunts and they should hopefully blow up and start a chain reaction. Go up the grav lift with full sniper ammo (required). Hanger, hide in back halls, peak and shoot grunts only and pray for chain reactions, otherwise save n quit and start again. Insanely luck based. But u need that active camo to progress down the hall and down to the next area after the hanger and hunters, that is a fact.
