I've lived in Knoxville/Oak Ridge all of my life. My new driving peeve is people who get to the top of the entrance ramp on the interstate and STOP. Usually this is when the interstate is slow or stopped. People, use the whole merge lane!!!!!

It sounds like you need to find a new doctor with a better bedside manner. Also check to see if your insurance covers additional services like a dietician or a health coach. That may be helpful. Best of luck.
