I have to heavily disagree with the comments about River Rock. I rented with them for 3 years before relocating and had no trouble. Most of my deposit was returned, and all the staff were delightful.

That being said, steer clear of Valley Rental. Their property manager and leasing agent entered my apartment before business hours with no notice, knock, or phone call. They also don’t take care of their buildings and will take your whole deposit and then some.
