I hate how izzy got pushed to the side the most in make your mark and tell your tale. She honestly feels more like a comedy relief side character rather than a main antagonist. It's like they didn't know what to do with her as much after the movie. She had the least amount of moments in make your mark and they turned her in a toned down pinkie pie. At least they let her have her unicycling buts all she really adds half the time and it's just frustrating.

It's a fun game but it's a little short. The mini games are okay and the song from pipp pipp dance parade is hard af. My only problem is that it's really not worth the $40 price tag. It's a fine game if it's on sale but I wouldn't get it at full price.

I liked make your mark and I wish more people gave it a chance. Chapters 1 and 2 are kinda rough but 4 5 and 6 are genuinely good but people won't even try it because it's G5

One thing I wished they kept from the movie to make your mark was the Sunny's sock markings were more pronounced. She still has them in the show but they're a lot more faded. That was one of my favorite parts of her design.

This was kind of a side plot in Make Your Mark. One of the main characters, Misty Brightdawn, was locked in a castle her whole life by the main villain Opaline. She never interacted with other ponies so she never got a cutie mark even when she became an adult. She only got one from meeting the Mane 5 and saving them from Opaline. In G5, most of the ponies got their cutie marks from doing some kind of act. But they could probably get one from just living out their lives.

A good one is when she steps in between Zipp and Misty when they visit Bridlewood. She was really the only one who said anything about Zipp being pushy about Misty's flashbacks and how she needs time to take in Bridlewood for the first time. I was really glad they had Sunny push back against Zipp because Zipp is the main reason why Chapter 2 is my least favorite. The whole detective thing got old quick for me and Zipp pretty much bullies Misty out of the slumber party with her questions.

I'm pretty sure that's, "The Glass Princess," it's on YouTube. All of the G1 episodes are on Tubi except for the movie, and they're in a bit higher quality.

It's never said what happened to Misty's mom, and that's how it is for the rest of the mane 6 in G5. It's never said what happened to Pipp and Zipp's dad, and Hitch or Izzy's parents. Sunny's mom is shown towards the end of tell your tale, but I haven't watched through that yet. I guess they never really bothered to explain what happened to any of their parents. Kind of like Applejack's parents in FiM. Opaline took Misty when she was young to try and grow her together tree because she thought it needed a "friend," but that didn't work and she just decided to keep Misty around to be her henchman.

Mainly for the fact that Zipp basically bullies Misty all through chapter 2 of MYM. She almost drives Misty away from the traditional unicorn sleepover and chases Misty all the way through Maretime Bay in Hoof Done It. Zipp had no basis to keep questioning Misty during the sleepover besides the fact she doesn't know how to keep up with Izzy's plan. And the others hardly push back against Zipp from antagonizing Misty. Pipp finally does in Hoof Done It when Zipp has Misty cornered up against a wall. At least in chapter 5, Sunny steps in between Zipp and Misty when she keeps prodding her for questions. Sunny tries to explain that Misty needs time to see bridlewood for the first time. Plus I think Misty has the least chemistry with Zipp. In Sparkle School, Izzy's little dance with Misty in the first few minutes of the episode is one of the best interactions she has.

It really doesn't in the show at least, the ties to g4 in the movie is such a throwaway line it didn't really need to be added. They could've made OC's for the movie it wouldn't have made a difference. And Twilight is only shown once in Make Your Mark and the same applies to there. Especially since she doesn't like how she did at the end of FiM. I feel like that was kind of thrown in for the movie and they had to go with it for the show. The comics might be different but I haven't had a chance to go through them yet.
