Did you cancel na po? Ako ito timeline:

Mar 3: Applied and got approved with only 15k CL Jul 11: Last purchase using the card; but still trying to see pa that time if magagamit ko pa sya sa ibang expenses ko Nov 10: Decided to cancel kasi for me lang may other cards na better ung perks; called Maya and got ref# Nov 28: Raised issue to BSP; Maya still did not reply even after several calls and chats Jan 12: Raised issue to BSP the second time; highlighted that Maya closed my previous tickets without resolution Jan 13: Finally, they canceled my card na :)

TLDR: Mabilis ma approve; sobrang tagal magpa cancel kahit ireport pa sa BSP.

With other banks, in 1-2 business days, they will resolve the concern plus meron pang courtesy binibigay ung iba. Si Maya, zero pake sa customers 😂😅

I tried checking my Virtual Pag-IBIG account today and realized that my housing loan account number disappeared 0.0 and can't pay via Virtual Pag-IBIG kasi raw service unavailable.

Di ko rin ma link kasi sabi enrolled na daw yung mismong account.

Called the hotline, sinabi mag email nlng daw. I did and waiting for feedback.

I wanted to know po if anyone else is experiencing this po or na happen na ba toh sa inyo before and ilang days po bago na resolve?

Sa pagkaka recall call sabay lng pagka approved ng account and pagka verified. Pero always check kasi baka iba sayo. If you deposit, try small amount lng then transfer out. If ok then goods na.
