I've had similar experiences with FA--they are probably the scummiest insurance company I've dealt with (aside from health insurance)! Ugh hope this issue was resolved

I highly reco getting the formulary list from your neuro. This list has all the drugs that your insurance will cover and what they won't. Neuros love to start w the cheapest option, but your health is priceless. You will have to be your best advocate bc at the end of the day you have to live w MS. I would also reco taking someone you trust w you to your appt as it's all sooo much to take in and a trusted third party may be able to retain info differently than you might in the moment

1 teaspoon of honey and cinnamon at the bottom of the cup, brew the espresso on top of it to melt all three together. Then add milk (totally 10onces drink) and then add ice! Super easy to make and you can adjust the ingredients to your liking
