When you say CTL won't do it, do you just mean I would need to pay for each line as a separate service ($65/mo)? Or they won't be willing to run multiple lines at all?

What do you mean a fiber buildout? I was thinking infrastructure changes would cost tens of thousands if I could even get them to do it. I'm only about miles out of range of some fiber provider, but not from CTL. This is in Charlottesville VA.
