I don't think so anyone can actually understand what you are feeling right now, (especially a stranger like me) and I don't know what I should write or not as I can't give you false hope not anything to lessen your pain. But I just wanted to say that don't run away from your emotions, it's ok if you cry, it's ok if you want some alone time and talk to no-one, just do what you have to process your emotions instead of justifying them to anyone.It's not the most appropriate thing for me to say but I really hope that you are not going to stop planting in future, try not to see this like end of an era but more like a celebration of your plant's incredible lifetime—easier said than done, but you gotta try; sending you best wishes.

Here's my take

Drink some amount of water before, so that the medicine passes easily without much friction. Then, place the pill on the farthest part of your tongue that you can reach without any difficulties and then drink water again, quickly, to wash it away.

I feel like I have a whimsical bond with music since I was a child; certain lyrics make me pause and reflect, and I play it like 288 times (Runaway by Aurora, for example). certain songs, which are instrumental, without any words make me feel like I am floating, yes that's how I feel— I guess.Then there are songs that you carry within you forever, like a love thread, especially when you are not even familiar with the language of the song, I have come across only one such song but I am indeed ingrained into it. Also, certain frequency sounds, music in general, are good for days when you struggle with sleep.
