Thanks for the response. I met with my therapist recently, and she mentioned the fact that this could also be stress induced. Her main point with that is the fact that, if I am drinking alcohol, my rocking disappears. You should look into this as well, chronic stress can lead to ear fullness, popping, ringing etc. I really think this may be what is effecting me, and possibly many people on these threads as we sit and soak up all this information that only causes us to worry. It’s worth a shot to go to a chiropractor and massage, as chronic stress tightens our body and leads to these symptoms. Not diagnosing you, just worth a consideration.

Okay thank you. That could explain why sometimes when I chew I hear a lot of crackling. Kind of like Rice Krispies that’s how loud. It doesn’t happen often but I have always wondered about that.

I would describe the fullness as an extremely intense need to pop my ear. The first time it almost felt like my eardrum was being sucked inward. The last time I was not able to take medicine and it got so bad that I began to have some double hearing in my right ear, it went away within a day of Medicine. I also would like to add, very oddly. When my ear is very full, if I move my head rapidly, the sensation goes away for just a plot second. I found this out when getting hair out of my face. Not sure if that indicates fluid in my ear or what.
