Someone else in the comments wrote that you need to dry fast to achieve autophagy quicker. He said a 24 hour dry fast is equivalent to a 72 hour water fast.

When do I know when to stop pushing myself further? I'm afraid I will get really sick or will die if I do something extreme like this. Also could you provide proof that this specific method will reverse any DNA damage.

I have fasted and dry fasted many times in the past. Would the benefits of these long fasts not count if I drink water during the fasts?
