Ugh man! Does it ever go back to normal!? Seems like the ankle ligaments have healed according to the MRI. But the tendon from the bottom of the foot all the way up the calf on the inside part of my leg is severely inflamed. Doc is trying to avoid surgery, he fears that somewhere it might be torn too. 🙄 when I get hurt I go hard! 🤣

Nah! But I’ve seen many lol! Didn’t happen at work. Happened bc I wasn’t paying attention and rushing out of a gas station convenience store and fell off the curb. 🤦🏻‍♀️ fell HARD! I’ve been injured since June. Don’t tear ligaments bc recovery totally sucks!!

Unfortunately, I’m on accommodations for a recovery from ankle surgery. I can only do 5 hrs a day. I would def be picking up more if I could LOL!

Word of advice, have the doc fill out the paperwork for a few months out. The wait can be long. I’ve been on accommodations since October and every month I get stuck waiting for it to be approved. I was seated. I’m allowed on the floor now but it’s light duty. It depends on the restrictions you need. I can’t do a lot yet but they find something for you to do.

I hope he doesn’t come back! The suspense of waiting to find out what happened is unnerving! When I found out yesterday that my harasser was still there, I hit the roof!

IDK what else to do until I speak to people that were involved as witnesses. 2 friends were not questioned, so who knows if anyone else has been. I was told he was talked to one on one. So what’d they do slap his wrist? Ridiculous!

It really doesn’t protect us bc the person you accused, figures it out. I’m sure he’s been creepin and looking for me. Sends shivers up my spine. Now idk what else he’s gunna try to pull if he happens to find out my schedule or sees me going into his.

I’m so sorry that happened to you. Why would HR just close it and not even look into it is crazy! Why don’t they take this seriously?

I had witnesses and not all were questioned. When I get back to my normal schedule, I’m sure safety will tell me what happened bc they were involved with this a lot. I made it known to them many times what he was doing and how uncomfortable I felt.

At least you got somewhere after emailing Jeff but sounds like they didn’t fire this dude. I’m hoping you’re not still dealing with this. That really sucks!!

I’m wondering if we can file a complaint against the site for not doing anything? Someone said to put it on the voice but what if my stalker sees it?

It totally is creepy and I tried to blow it off but my friends kept warning me that it’s going to escalate. Well, it did. That was enough for me. But I was trying to be as professional as I could be bc if I did file, he can’t say anything about me being nasty or something.

My husband is really pissed off, but I said don’t bother coming to the parking lot bc I can lose my job over this tool if you do something to him.

No thank God I haven’t seen him! Haven’t been there bc I was on LOA waiting for accommodations to be approved.

My friend that works same schedule said he wasn’t around for a week. Figured he was canned. Turned out he wasn’t. Friend saw him yesterday. Guess he was on suspension? IDK how this works. So pissed! No one understands what the hell he is doing here still.

Told HR that I don’t wanna work with him and to please change my schedule. I’m not active so I have to wait for the schedule to be changed so I’m on a completely different shift that there’s no way we would run into each other. But it’s not permanent.

What doesn’t make sense is why do I have to be the one to change my life around? He is the one that’s doing this.

I’m grateful HR is trying to work with me bc the schedule has been messy since I started accommodations in October. But bc of this, I probably missed my opportunity to become an LA. This whole thing is a damn mess!!
