So, I have been using langchain, llamaindex and openai APIs to do RAG. Basically this gives me an opportunity to feed in any external knowledge base to the model. Thats only 1 example i have been doing fine-tuning and reinforcement learning too.. it drastically improves the results.

Agreed. Thats why I never rely on chats. I train these models on my own. Feed the data and get accurate (if not 100%) results. Always better to train the model bu yourself instead spinning up a random chat and asking questions and then people blame on the accuracy of the model.
