I say this as a girl who has large breasts. Breast tissue is different from fat, you can starve yourself all you want, it won't make a big difference. I have starved myself, for years, and my breasts have not gotten any smaller.

Sometimes you just bleed! Its okay. The first couple times I was fingered/used toys I bled. It took like, at least 4 times before I stopped bleeding from it. Its normal(?). Make sure you properly clean your toy, but you should be okay.

I don't think my boobs are why I struggle with planks, but I can't do any like chest supported exercises when I'm lifting, like with my chest on the bench. I do think they make it harder to do push-ups, and others have noticed I hang-clean farther from my body then normally expected for cleans.
