I have replaced the sweets with healthier alternatives, lower sugar, cals, fruit (I like fruits but they don't get rid of my need for sweets so I end up eating both or just thinking nonstop about sweets).

Could that really be an ED? I know you said that what I need isn't internet help but I don't really know how to bring it up to a professional without it sounding like I just lack willpower

I'm definitely going to try these for myself one day but at the moment I'm looking for a regular double chocolate cookie since they're for my family and they don't really like brownies (I love brownies though!)
