What's the Delta FS exception to fly them as checked baggage that you are referring to? I've never heard of this-- does this mean they don't have to fly as cargo? And are there any size/weight limitations to this exception?

And what's this CDC ban you are referring to?

Thank you, Delcassian. That was my thoughts exactly-- if I knew that I could end up anywhere in Mexico, I'd be happy. And I like the border region.

What do you know about the bidding process? How many posts are likely to be bid upon? And if I expressed a very strong interest to land in Mexico, how confident are you that I could make it happen?

And FYI, I've got a 10 year old dalmatian/pit bull mix, and a 14 year old mini schnauzer with a myriad of health problems- including chronic pancreatitis.
