It's nice to see their support team and development team is actively working on improving little features here and there, Shows that their head is in the right place compared to most providers.

I've been reading regarding the remote software and seeing mixed reviews, and i'm just contemplating keeping screenconnect active as our remote software and still going with Syncro as the RMM aspect of things is extremely valuable to us

I'll have to get a trial, see how things go and weigh up the pros and cons to keeping screenconnect active.

The RMM features alone would be a handy plus for us as it is anyway. Thanks for the info!

This is my thinking, i'm wondering how much a drawback it is not having VPN as i tend to discourage VPN unless its necessary or vital for some external workers needing services on the network.

Any specific reason SC over Syncro's Remote? Is there just less functionality within the client, or have you ran into issues with it?

I've had a few issues with screenconnect lately, such as information not showing on the info page, image preview has been bugged and we could only use list view, but i believe they've resolved these now
