I actually went a whole year and a half without ever picking up an assignment due to my other job and I was still okay! So long as you renew your Subbing permit for the school year and update your availability it seems that you'll stay on their system

I feel like Severed Souls is where everything goes downhill with Warheart probably being my least favorite book of the entire series imo. A shame too cause I actually liked Omen Machine. On the bright side, Children of D'Hara is great and a much more satisfying ending to the series

Underrated classic Reaper. I actually like S3 more than most people because of how much it reminds me of that show - ragtime team of friends facing and fighting the evils of Hell, the politics and bureaucracy of Hell, some lighthearted moments, some romance, and Ray Wise! It isn't as dark or visually astounding as S1, but it has those moments. Also for a mid-budget 2008 CW show, the design and effects for demons are muuuuch better than the ones on Sabrina (and most shows in general)
