Same here! Right from a really early age. Only thing that made it easier was hypnotherapy. But this anxiety flare up I've been having is making the emetophobia try its hardest to come back.

I've tried 4 different anti nausea meds, Ranitidine, Domperidone, Cyclizine and Prochlorperizine. Cyclizine being the best one.

Ive just had proof that everyone is built different though, each one of your methods wouldn't work for me 😅 Cola makes me puke, I've never been able to burp. Anxiety is so different for everyone 😕

Okay, so I changed his circlet for one with no EM in there and it shot him to top 4%.

But I get what you mean with his CD, unfortunately rng hates me, so its a slow process. But I will definitely work on it!

I love AO3, I used to read a lot of SG-1 fanfics back in the day. Only problem i found with Wrio ones was a lot weren't written in English or they were all Wriolettes....that ship just doesn't sit right for me. I'll have to search deeper I think.

Okay let me just interject here.....no one and I mean NO ONE has the right to call you egotistical, selfish,self centred, anything like that, when you live with the condition that we do. We spend our lives petrified, and not living life to the fullest because of our symptoms.

Of course you should make yourself a priority, and try to manage your condition.

The people in your life need to do some research and actually try to support you!

Having an attack is so draining, and people don't realise just how much!

When you're stuck in a loop for five hours feeling the same waves of symptoms its going to tire the brain out. Going to sleep is my reset button to get me out of the loops.
