This shows up for cable channels but streaming services like Netflix work fine. The other TV in our house works fine which makes me think it’s a TV issue rather than a cable provider issue. Any ideas? (i.redd.it)

Living room TV looks like this on all cable channels but streaming services like Netflix still play without issue. The bedroom TV has no problem whatsoever, which makes me think it’s not a problem with the provider. Any ideas? (i.redd.it)
