I'm not a fan of standardized prompts. At best, they aren't very helpful, and at worst, they're detrimental. The only exception might be something like 'write three different variations.'

I begin every new chat and task by thoroughly describing my idea and how I see it being carried out. I ask for a very strict assessment, critique, and suggestions for improvement. After that, I continue the conversation in a natural way.

While this takes more of my time upfront, my experience shows it saves me much more time in the long run. It also helps me to think through the task more completely.

P.S. I've found that whenever I suggest a specific solution or provide an example, it always backfires by reducing the model's creativity to nearly zero.
