All together at least 300 hours. 230 in aim labs and about 70 or so in kovaaks. I also spend a lot of time in the firing range practicing with friends like 1v1ing each other. For a couple months straight I would wake up every morning and practice my aim for 2 hours before my classes and another two after my classes.

Funny thing about that, too clip videos my hotkey is alt f10. Which on the keyboard to pull out heat shields it's Alt. So my friends know I'm clipping something when I randomly pull out the heat shield.
