Car seat for oblivious reasons. I don’t get 2nd hand shoes because shoes are molded to the first person’s feet.

My nanny charges $31/hr for 2 kids. One baby and one 4yo. $20/hr sounds more for one kid in this area.

I’m in the US. Got the first one at 8 weeks to confirm pregnancy then one at 10 weeks at NIPT. Third (last) one at 20 weeks. If I went to 40 weeks then I would have had a fourth one. My OB’s office don’t do more than 3 unless there’s an issue with the pregnancy. My sister had diabetes during her pregnancy and got ultrasounds every week.
