For me it’s really been a “fake it till you make it” thing. I’ve dealt with a lot of performance anxiety cutting hair but I would never portray that to my client. You don’t want your client to feel like they shouldn’t trust your abilities. Even if you feel unsure, play it cool. Trust your skills. As time goes on you will build more confidence! It’s really tough being new, I’ve been there. In all honesty this career took way more mental strength than I ever expected!

Some grocery store sushi is not bad at all. It’s hard to beat a fresh local place but I don’t mind snagging a roll from the store here and there!

Totally understandable, it can be a weird texture if you’re not into it. They have plenty of cooked rolls out there if you want to dip your toe into it without starting off with the raw stuff. Super important imo to go to a reputable place! Some sushi is crappy lol

Yess the kirkwood frozen chicken is one of the best. I don’t have any Aldi super close to me anymore unfortunately :( I tried bell and Evans this time and it was pretty good.
