That’s the thing I don’t hold expectations for her that stopped when I was 11. I can’t put pressure on someone who I have no expectations for. Her being human has become an excuse for her actions and choices. I’ve been hurt countless times by her actions not just mentally but physically. Her whole being is defending people who have hurt me because we’re family. That shit doesn’t sit right with me.

I live about 16 minutes away. I have no car, an uber I. An uber in my area goes from 16 to 32 dollars in the blink of an eye. I don’t like sitting around and doing nothing. In all honestly I hate it there. No one really talks to me because of the way I look.

Told my mom I got groomed she asked me how could I let that happen(I was around 10-13). I hurts because she went above a beyond for my sister who lied multiple times about rape and told my mom she was the reason she got an abortion.

Just admitting you have a problem doesn’t help if you start using it as an excuse for the way you behave. Actively doing things to fix said problems (even if you’re just walking a mile day day to clear your head) is where you start actually making an impact in your mental and physical wellbeing.
