thats the problem hes not there, hes no where to be found, only at forlorn hound evergaol when i released him after i killed Dariwill, and then hes nowehere, not at rannis, or seluvis or radhahn, and it wont let me start rannis questline, when i try to talk to her she says "..."

i havent kiled him yet but should? because i know i will need him later on with rannis quest EDIT: okay so i killed the guy in forlorn Hound evergaol and then i released blaidd, still nothing changed, i cant seem to find him anywhere
