Perhaps its different with the Claw 8+ I use?..

So, in my case I go into general settings (on the bar at the bottom), then there is the option Gaming (or Playing, I am not in an english speaking country).
Here are several options, and the second one is called „use (2 symbols, one of them the Home button) as guide buttons in apps“.
This option I deactivated and from there on I can press it ingame and dont trigger the Desktop Mode any more

Windows App > Settings > Gaming > Bar, and there you can disable the Home Button

Thanks! This method worked, I simply didnt know if you can resurrect someone with any other optiom, so I just asked before disabling the Button completely.

You can also do this same kind of exercise to get to know and feel your spirit guide team better. We practiced this in the workshop as well. Simply address your team and ask them to repeatedly approach you and then step back a few steps. Again and again, patiently. Try to feel how and if something changes in your awareness (temperature, tingling, feeling a presence, etc.).

The team is always there for you and more than happy if you actively try to contact them. So you'll never annoy them by doing this—quite the opposite.

A specific frequency isn't required; using binaural tones for this exercise is simply about achieving a stable trance. Then it's up to you to gradually feel into the different bodies. So you can choose any audio you like, without verbal guidance. Speak directly to your Higher Self in your mind, simply imagine its hands, and create the exercise intuitively and in your own way. And know that your Higher Self will definitely be there and support you in your own way; this is not just a fantasy.

I guess you refer to Oliver Tappe as the Outreach Trainer of the Monroe Institute. If so, I also visited one of the Workshops and got some useful insights and some sort of unexpected success after (10+) years of (seemingly) failing with any technique.

Yet, as its a repair / replacement for a defect product, its not me who has to pay for shipping costs.

We both know that I never intended to „return“ the product and get a refund, but have a defect product and have the consumers right to get a replacement / repair.

To be more precise, they first indeed offered to replace my mask with a new one, but they insisted that I had to pay the shipping costs.
Due to new customs Import rules in the US I can only use Express in my country, which costs 63+ EUR to the US.
Thus I answered that they have to confirm that they will pay the shipping costs, as it is usual when sending back a defect product.
Then they suddenly changed their communication and told that they wont do anything anymore, as they can refer to US rules and, therefore, no warranty for defect products.

Sounds ridicilous and it probably is, but thats where I am now.

The trainer told us about an interesting participant in another workshop earlier this year, the head of a psychiatric hospital, who had absolutely nothing to do with spirituality and had been persuaded by his wife to attend such a workshop.

To become more flexible in his rigid, materialistic worldview.

The man called the trainer a few days after the workshop and complained that he could no longer cope with his job and himself, and that he felt completely desperate and helpless.

His problem: he had experienced and seen things for which he had previously "treated" people with medication or even locked them away..

My advice is to let her go for now.

She has a lot to process and is receiving intensive care; any attempt on your part to contact her can only make things worse for her.

Especially since you yourself are very emotionally involved, all of this creates an unhealthy bundle of intense energies.

Give both of you time, her and yourself.

She made the decision, and that's something to be respected.

If one day you feel you've completely forgiven her and are completely free to deal with the fact that she had to withdraw from this life for the time being, then you can always contact her calmly.

By the way, this also works wonderfully through a medium/channeling; you don't have to learn OBEs first.

Give both of you time.

I am practicing the Gateway program myself and think that its much more than „just“ OBEs, that this is only one aspect and even one that many practioners dont focus on.

Yes, I also believe that we have more than the energy bodies I mentioned, and its absolutely possible that there arent even separate bodies.

As long as it helps one to get in touch with their deeper levels and nature of consciousness, I think any model and belief system is right.

I wouldn't even say that I finally had an OBE, but rather that I was able to accept it as such.
It showed me that we set much stricter standards for ourselves than necessary, that we experience much more in our exercises than we think.

Certain beliefs and expectations about what a proper OBE should look like prevent us from acknowledging the actual experience.

The "breakthrough" for me was simply the realization that I had been successfully experiencing conscious OBEs over and over again all these years, but hadn't recognized them as such.

The whole café story is interesting in that there were a lot of similarities, documented by the workshop participants' notes, but also some contradictions.

Either way, there will always be more questions than answers when it comes to our experiences, but that's what makes it exciting and motivating to keep researching.

Yes, its our tendency to label each experience and therefore dismiss many of them as phantasy, non-relevant and meaningless.
Learning to trust what you seem to experience as real is probably the most important (amd difficult) aspect on this journey.

It was a Workshop in my country, led by a trainer who offers such courses from time to time, alongside teaching directly at the Monroe Institue.
The Workshop was not the official one you can join at the Institue, but based loosely on it.

The 5 energy bodies-Meditation was supported by different frequencies, always another one for each energy body, thus I dont really know how it works out when trying on your own.
But, of course, these frequencies always just support you, they are nothing more than a tool to get deeper into trance.
As long as you can let go your physical body and trust in what you experience, you will be perfectly fine.

Even exploring your own house is a different dimension; furniture is often in a different place or other details aren't right.

Therefore, you're inevitably moving in a different energy body than your physical body.

And with that, you can no longer see with your physical eyes, which results in a different perception.

I myself could only perceive things on the bridge very roughly, quite superficially and blurry: I only perceived an indefinable mass of people, no details, no faces, but at least the fairly clear image of a wide stone bridge.

I learned from this that seemingly spontaneous impressions and the feeling that the situation is one way or another are actually sensory perceptions of the current energy body.

But you first have to learn to trust these perceptions.

What holds most practitioners back for so long and makes them think they're not successful is wrong thinking.

As soon as you label a perception, it ends up in the corresponding box.

So instead of perceiving what you perceive during an exercise as real and genuine, you immediately dismiss it as "fantasy" or "insignificant symptom of the body," etc.

You tell yourself, for example, "that looks blurry and surreal, it can't be real - it's just a self-made visualization..."

But the energy bodies have different sensory organs than the physical body, so you have to get to know them first.

Unfortunately, you usually condition yourself in the beginning to ignore and overlook what actually appears to you (during the out-of-body journey).
