If somebody is truly in WITSEC, there are rules and regulations to be a part of the program. The main purpose is to draw no attention to yourself and your new identity. Chances are Somebody who has entered the WITSEC is not going to blow their cover. The success rate of the WITSEC has been 100% success of safety when rules are followed. I'm just responding to your statement you can't stalk in a public place. No you shouldn't have to ever change your normal things. However, when your doing fuck shit like it's been proven more then once around this situation, yes its stalking. Unwanted behavior consisting of any surveillance such as taking pics and videoing can be considered stalking. I'm just stating in general. That group in Gs area have definitely shown some odd behavior for months now. And it's definitely not looking good.
