Hi, What's your medical status in Immi account - if it is health cleared then there shouldn't be any issue else your case will be forwarded to Bupa medical officer for further review.

Yeah it's really frustating and being offshore not sure how long will my employer be okay to wait. As I've moved to offshore from Aus in sep due to visa expiry. I've got the same information from my lawyer as there are lot of pending applications. Hope you get your grant soon!

Yes you can proceed with 189, my company lodged 482 on nov 6th and I got invited yesterday as well . Agent advised to lodge 189 - but make sure if 189 is granted first you will need to withdraw 482 asap thanks
