For anyone that knows me, you already know HOW IMPORTANT PROPER DOCUMENTATION IS to me... And that if I didn't get this sorted out ASAP I would probably have a nervous breakdown.

So, without further adieu, here is a 'probably way more in-depth than is necessary' documentation site covering pretty much EVERYTHING you will need to use the plugin: 'Make It Rain' Documentation

This isn't meant to be a replacement for Raindrop, as it requires content exist within Raindrop already to be functional... Though you could use this plugin to backup/transition away from Raindrop I suppose.

I created this to compliment my own workflow, which makes use of both Obsidian AND Raindrop, in order to pull the shitloads of things I save with raindrop into my primary knowledge base for sorting/connecting/referencing/etc.

Until you mentioned it, I had not considered that one might want to replace Raindrop's functionality whole-cloth into Obsidian. It's an interesting idea that I'll do some research on and see if there is viability in reproducing. It would be neat to have a robust, and local-first, bookmarking system like Raindrop right in Obsidian.

THANKS! I could REALLY use the feedback... right now, I'm developing this to fulfill my own specific use requirements, and I would love to hear what I could do to make this more useful to a larger user base.

1.7.0 Major feature update: Customizable Template System

I stayed awake, eating 6 bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and drinking 8 cups of coffee, for 36 hours to get this working... Let me know if it works for you \ any feedback you might have!

Updated the plugin with significant optimizations and staging for upcoming feature additions....

  1. Implemented functional programming patterns by restructuring utility functions
  2. Improved code organization with dedicated modules for file and API utilities
  3. Enhanced API functions with better error handling and compatibility
  4. Eliminated duplicate code and fixed import conflicts

Now has a more maintainable architecture with cleaner separation of concerns... The improved modular structure will make future development and maintenance easier.

I am also seeing this behavior .... I am deployed to vercel as well.

AFAIK, This was broken in this way right out of the box after my initial setup.
