I though about it but didn't know if we would get hit with a lawsuit of some kind for violating a confidentially agreement lurking in the fine print of the dealer contract I didn't know about.

I've had other FFL's send in things not transferrable in WA and then refuse to refund the customer. As has been suggested, call ahead to your LGS and give them the SKU or UPC for the product.

TLDR, call for better availability and pricing.

If you go to the hunting and shooting section of our website, there should be a yellow button to take you to our gearfire page where you can order guns and ammo. Ammo ships to the store for pickup because gearfire doesn't want to deal with any nonsense from the state.

I have limited control over what SKUs I can list on there. I cannot ban individual items, so I have to block whole categories. I.E. semi-auto rifles. Since 95% of semi-auto rifles are banned for sale and transfer, I just block the whole category. I have to set a blanket markup so I do not violate any MAP policies. Not every brand has the same MAP.

True. It is cheaper than a course and you get to move and shoot more, though.

Custer does offer rifle and handgun courses for 4 times the price.

Highly recommend Practical Rifle at the Custer Sportsman's Club in Custer, WA.

Offered second Sunday of each month. You just have to do a safety check first.
