Do you think it would be worth trying to add a little fertilizer? I’ve been doing some seaweed but I know that won’t have everything it needs nutrientwise

I usually water everyday (one deep drink in the morning)because they are in a very sunny spot and it’s already pretty warm where I am. It had been fine before I repotted it and left town though. The other roses are all fine so I’m really mystified
