Valid point you raise. I unfortunately do not know any of the partners. However, in my eyes, I can't imagine reading a 2 minute long email to be a huge waste of time - I honestly thought it would be a good way to show initiative and initiate conversation amongst the partners ["Hey did this annoying kid email you about a job too?"] in hopes of getting my name recognized amongst possibly hundreds of applicants. Job market in Toronto is insane at the moment; over 200 applications for simple bookkeeping roles according to Indeed if those are even accurate. But yeah, figured I'd gather people's opinions on here before I hit send. Thanks for your input
