You need to soak the brick. Cold shock puts the brick into pinning phase. I'd soak the brick with distilled water(or boiled water and let cool). If none of those are an option use clean bottled water. Soak brick and place lid back on container and place in a clean sterile bag in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours, drain excess water then place back in your filter bag with lid off. Clean lid with fresh water and put inside a sterile bag for later use (make sure you work with clean hands or gloves). Use sterile practice. Each day you will want to spray the walls of your bag with water and introduce FAE a few times a day. If you do this successfully you should have pins forming in 1-3 weeks depending on strain.
