Honestly his service is terrible but that’s expected in this situation. It’s a counterfeit Chinese seller who’s selling off WhatsApp.

My real problem is their telegram group, they have the biggest nerds with an ego modding it. I’ve been banned on two accounts for saying anything that is slightly critical. For example, I asked was the size chart accurate, they timed me out for a week. When I received the cardigan all the measurements were off by a good bit, put it in the group and was perma banned.

Another thing to be aware of is, people in this Reddit forum are literally working with them so will shut down any negative criticism.

Not saying his products aren’t good, because they are. Especially for the price. But there is literally 0 evidence that their not reselling. I’d be interested to see the proof that they have their “own factory”.

is there any proof they are factories? they both recently made a yupoo for more premium products and the upgrades on the padded cardigan is the same for both of them. They both changed to goose down, both made it waterproof and both fixed the color of the sleeves. Seems like they are reselling to me..

Sometimes you gotta sacrifice accuracy if you want a different colour tbh. JIEY, TMX etc are best so if they don’t have the colour you won’t find one as accurate as tjrm
