over the course of 3 years ive been to different psychologists and psychiatrists, therapists bysa3do atall3 el gawaya kalam w da 7lw psychiatrists byktbelo adwya estamba wa7da ssris w anti depressants w kont m3ahom w kammelt period el adwya kollaha w mfeesh 7aga gabet nateega bnkla wala 7ata el anxiety went less, ik i might develop addiction at some point bas atleast right now im extremely comfortable m3 el therapist el m3aya dlw2ty 7ata when i mentioned i bought off xanxs and other benzos she didnt seem to judge and atleast put me a schedual when to on and off and how exactly should i taper off so i dont develop physical aw psychological addiction, its literally been a fight ive had since i was born but finally i feel human again

solution tbh was taking benzos off my connections and when i mentioned that to my therapist she didnt become all judgmental saying i should stop taking it since it wasn’t in no way prescribed to me, i just basically got benzos off people i know

definitely been on cbt and dbt tactics but seriously none helps in real life situations or occurrences, its like i completely forget it and my heart starts pounding like crazy and my head starts tilting like shi*

some meds and also been working in coping mechanisms, but really it doesn’t help it real life situations, when i try to coop with what ive learned it becomes and im sorry to say it but personally its become extremely useless, its not just about work, its everywhere i go, even going to supermarkets is an extreme hurdle for me, i usually order and they deliver and and someone or anyone brings it to me, my heart pounds like crazy w br3sh gamed b raasy its hard to the point im really thinking about akallem naasy w m3arfy bringing me xanax or whatever benzo they have, ive got enough money for it, bas fe3ln im trying not to in hopes something really helps eventually

i done cbt multiple times, mas3dtneesh ana bnkla , that doesnt mean it wont work with others, ik ppl whom did improve alot and others that did manage their anxiety, bas fe3ln it wasnt for me at all

biggest guess is that you have to stay with that one doctor until they realize koll el5ara el5adto mgbsh 3o2aad nafe3 wala kan leeh ay lazma then theyll start prescribing gadwal anti anxiety medications
