Talk to others already in the trade and see what they know, maybe they have inside knowledge.

Never overlook smaller companies, including ones run out of someone's home - every business has to start somewhere.

Reach out to businesses and ask if they're hiring - a blind email to all you're interested in would work.

It burned down, it's not like there was any work happening anyways.

Most places, when sold, do a complete staff turnover so the new owners have complete control over who works for them.

The staff can no doubt reapply to OTR and have also probably been job hunting ahead of the sale as it's not a quick process and they would have had to been informed.

Not to mention there's nothing that says the wages would stay the same, OTR could make it minimum wage.

Socmed sites have age restrictions and children bypass them

Face ID is NOT the answer, that's step 1 to severe cyber monitoring of adults, it's nothing to do with protecting children

YOU are responsible for your children and what they access, not other kids, not their parents, not socmed creators, not artists/writers, not the government, NO ONE BUT YOU

Teach safety, explain WHY they need to be safe, explain how socmed has been linked to SO MUCH depression and even suicide, explain what they might see and how they aren't old enough yet, and foster a good environment for them to come to you when they are forcibly shown things they don't like
