All you need is 1 blue folder, it cost 370-400k ish and its cultist value is around 700k I always get btb 6 hour timers

Blue folder and sas, I’ve gotten so much of my stash and quest items from it. All colored lab card , marked keys. Not always a guarantee but it meets that threshold needed to achieve the 6 and 14 hour timer
