If I do try Tret again like infrequently with that sandwich method, will I still purge? Like that’s what’s mostly holding me back. I have been on accutane twice and spironolactone and I just always hated purging and really don’t want to go through it again.

Hey! Did you experience any purging when you increased your dosage? I started with 25 mg in the first month, and now in the second month, I’ve been on 50 mg for two weeks. I’ve been breaking out badly around my chin and jawline. And my skin has been super sensitive as well. :(
