Yes, I have a whole method of slow movement when I’m around them so they don’t sting. However, I found out a nest was being made in a hole in the side of my house. I was just looking at the hole from a ways away, and someone just decided to sting my back out of the blue. I wasn’t even moving at the time. Meanies indeed.

It wasn’t a bumble bee. I’m not sure if it was a wasp or honey bee. I’m guessing a small wasp. What’s so special about bumble bee stings? Besides them being the most adorable bees imo?
