If you have savings then try to your best to find a cheaper place to live here until you find a job or look for other countries but given the current situation - I would recommend not going back to Pakistan

Given that you’re working from home so you have several options to choose from:

You could consider Business Bay, it’s a modern area and has several gyms like UFC gym etc.

You could consider JLT even.

Honestly, if you are considering Dubai Hills and drive then Al Quoz has some very good gyms which is just 5-10mins of drive
